The brave don't need a landing page
The strategy reversal, reasoned out loud: Divo spent half its build time on landing, legal, and payments for cautious users who never came, when v0's real audience is the early adopters who don't care, and payment pages don't cause payments.

Entry 62-2 recorded the doctrine: Zenota’s feedback said no landing page, no trust, so Divo got the full treatment. Tonight, planning the next project, that doctrine gets re-litigated, and partially overturned, by its own author.
The audit: Divo’s working prototype took a week and a half; the other week and a half, half the total build, went to landing page, legal pages, payment plumbing ▸ 19:05. And who was that half for? For cautious users, the ones who bounce without a landing page. The correction: “si la gente no entra a un sitio web porque no hay una landing page, a la final siento yo que ese no es el usuario con el que uno debería probar” ▸ 18:36. Version zero’s job is validation, and validation comes from the daring, the early testers who will try a naked prototype ▸ 17:33. The landing page isn’t wrong; it’s sequenced wrong: it exists to convert the fearful, and the fearful are wave two.
The payments lesson cuts deeper because it names a fallacy he believed: that a visible payment page raises the odds of getting paid. “Terminó siendo como una falacia mía” ▸ 19:54, zero payments later, the causality runs the other way: “cuando realmente el usuario utiliza el servicio y se da cuenta que el servicio es bueno, ahí sí es que le dan ganas de pagar” ▸ 20:12. Checkout is a valve, not a pump.
el landing convierte a los miedosos; la v0 es para los valientes →
Note what survived from 62-2: the evidence was real, cautious users really do need the trimmings. What changed is when they matter. The synthesis, to be tested on the knowledge-graph app announced this same night: naked prototype for the brave first; landing, legal, and a payment page after the brave have proven there’s something worth being cautious about…
