The presenters demoed ChatGPT tricks, removing image backgrounds, restyling photos, Runway videos, and the room reacted with a genuine wow. Our reaction: “bien” ▸ 7:39.

That gap is the teaching, stated on camera: there is so much knowledge we’ve internalized so deeply, and so many people who would pay for it who don’t even know it exists ▸ 7:25. Expertise has a cruel property: the better you get, the more invisible your own knowledge becomes to you. Background removal feels like breathing to anyone who lives in these tools; to a crochet entrepreneur it’s a product demo worth paying for.

The presenters themselves are the proof: their business is apparently packaging exactly this baseline into courses and consulting, down to a niche as specific as generating professional suit-photos for Chinese trade contacts ▸ 9:48. It looked almost too simple, and that’s the point: the angle isn’t advanced skill, it’s locating the audience for whom your floor is a ceiling.

The corrective for builders: we price our work against what feels hard to us, which systematically undervalues everything we’ve automated in our own heads. The market prices against what feels hard to them.
