Todo Listo built Homigo
At PlatziConf, a busy stand demos the domestic-services app they abandoned out of fear two years ago, same logic, same region, launching in two months, and the ego-melting arithmetic lands: fifty thousand people have your idea.

It’s Todo Listo, and it is, feature for feature, Homigo, LuarAI’s first idea, the one entry 3-2 autopsied: three months of research, never shipped, “por miedo y pendejadas” ▸ 37:13. Same matching logic (“casi que idéntico”), same starting region, Chía and Cajicá, a 40-person talent pool, launch in two months.
The idea was never the asset. Which cuts both ways: it demolishes the fantasy of the precious idea worth guarding, and it convicts the fear that guarded it, because someone braver simply walked the road they didn’t.
What the diary preserves that Todo Listo can’t use: the unbuilt innovations. Homigo matched offer and demand with text embeddings (“hacía buen match como el 80% de las veces”), and its dispute system was genuinely novel, let trusted 4.5-star community members arbitrate conflicts anonymously for a cut, outsourcing the most expensive part of a trust marketplace to the marketplace itself ▸ 39:30. Parked ideas, timestamped here, still nobody’s.
And the closing grace note, which is the healthiest sentence a founder can say about a competitor: “me dan ganas de probarlo… lo quería hacer yo, ya lo hicieron. Es bien chévere la cosa” ▸ 40:46. The road not taken got taken. Wave at the travelers…
