Become a concept

The vacation-week thesis: the most influential people compress into unique concepts. Jobs is Think Different plus obsessive UX; Einstein is the hippie who bent spacetime; there is no 'Jesus of Asia'. The instruction hiding inside: make yourself irreplaceable enough that thinking of you retrieves specific traits. And the self-aware fear: becoming the concept of how not to build a startup.
