The relay model
If Claude makes code stop being the bottleneck, the old spray-of-apps premise comes back, but corrected: don't start new ideas, iterate the ones lying dormant, and run them in parallel as a relay, Julia marketing what he ships while Carlos optimizes what feedback returns. The world says nobody works this way. His intuition says why not.

The premise gets stated as a threshold crossed: with Claude in the loop, “el código ya no es un problema”, nothing takes more than a couple of days to unstick ▸ 9:00, proven the fun way when the team burned 100% of the five-hour credits in one sitting ▸ 2:17. Which reopens the original LuarAI thesis, many apps at once, except corrected by a year of scars: not new darts thrown blind, but re-aiming the ones already thrown ▸ 11:17. Exhibit A happened that morning: Divo, the page-builder with one churned customer, was found dead and simply reactivated ▸ 10:12, because the apps didn’t fail, “simplemente no lo hemos iterado” ▸ 10:28.
The model is a relay built on the passions the audit surfaced: he takes ideas from zero to MVP and analyzes what comes back ▸ 14:54, Julia becomes the PR and storytelling arm, faces, names, marketing, exactly where they’ve been failing ▸ 14:34, Carlos optimizes what exists ▸ 15:31. Publish Severo, Julia markets it while Piqui gets finished, feedback loops to Carlos while he starts the next, “interno, externo” ▸ 16:23, three people always working, never on the same thing.
tres fundadores, tres relevos: nadie espera a nadie y nada se queda huérfano →
The honesty is in the counter-evidence he volunteers: he researched whether any entrepreneur has run parallel ventures from zero and found none, Musk only multiplied after the cash cows existed ▸ 12:04, so the world’s experience says no while his intuition says why not ▸ 12:58. The risks get named too: Carlos doesn’t yet value software without visible revenue, trusting only pains a customer has said out loud ▸ 17:45, and Julia is worn by the whiplash of committed plans dissolving two days later into “los competidores ya tienen todo” ▸ 19:46. And over all of it hangs tomorrow, 10 a.m.: the final interview at the Girdley program, the thing he was literally looking for, mentorship and proximity included ▸ 23:06, with the quiet corollary that if all three land jobs, LuarAI gets very hard to continue ▸ 25:08. The relay is designed for exactly that world: one where nobody can afford to hold the baton full-time…
